Our fess for family law depends on the issues you require assistance for.
Fixed fees can be agreed for the following:
- Drafting, filing and responding to divorce petitions
- Consents Agreements formalising financial settlements
Other matters such as making financial settlements applications and child arrangements are considered more complex and in such cases, we apply our hourly rates.

Employment Law fees
No two employment cases are the same however we have attempted to provide typical charges for a simple case. Much will depend on the exact circumstances of the case and it is always best to contact us to discuss the likely time estimates and what costs are likely to be involved.

Simple case: £3,000.00 – £5000.00 (excluding VAT)
Medium complexity case: £5,000.00 – £10,000.00 (excluding VAT)
High complexity case: £10,000.00 – £20,000.00 (excluding VAT)
Immigration Law fees
- Immigration Applications for Leave to Remain, EU Settlement Scheme, Human Rights Applications, Indefinite Leave to Remain etc will range from £850 to £1200 plus Vat.
We currently have a legal aid contract with the Legal Aid Agency, which means that if you are on a low income, then public funding may be available to pay for us to represent you in certain criminal proceedings. As a starting point in criminal proceedings, we will ensure that we seek to apply for funding on your behalf. If you are granted Legal Aid it would cover the cost of representing you and you will not have to us.
If you do not qualify for legal aid we can offer a fixed fee and the cost will depend on the complexity of your matter. Please contact us to obtain a quote.
